Bruschetta Chicken
An appetizer known as bruschetta is created with grilled or toasted bread as the basis and is often topped with a mixture of fresh tomato, basil, and garlic. Steps
1. Combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to the taste. While you are making the chicken, place in the refrigerator.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, and pepper to taste to the chicken. The chicken may then be prepared on a grill or in a pan with some olive oil.
3. The tomato mixture should be placed on top of the chicken and then drizzle it with the balsamic glaze. Now it's done and ready to serve. Enjoy!!
**How to prepare homemade balsamic glaze
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sweetener (honey or sugar can be used) should be added to a saucepan.
- Over medium heat, bring to a simmer; then reduce heat to medium low.
- Reduce the mixture by half and let it to begin to thicken for 7 to 10 minutes while gently simmering and stirring every now and again. If it's coating the spoon's back, it means it has come to correct consistency.
